General Description

The machine SY TREND fully meets all the new demands of the market.
The machine configuration can be chosen by the customer himself.
The following main versions are available:
- with cylindrical package or conical package
- the machine can be equipped with the feed cylinders of the yarn to be processed
- installation of a pneumatic cylinder on every single head, which automatically stops the single position when one of the work threads breaks.
Every single version can be equipped with different types of shafts and cams with or without eccentric thread guide. This machine performs a large range of sewn yarns Thanks to its modularity, the machine meets all space
and production requirements of the customers.

Technical Features

Machine with modular construction with 12-position modules, arranged on two fronts with 6-inch truncated cone spooling and 16-position modules arrangedon two fronts with cylindrical spooling with 145 mm stroke. In both cases, spooling is carried out by means of the electronic thread guide. The machine can be equipped with max. 6 modules. SPIRAX is equipped with a thread delivery roller placed under the weaving heads. The creel is placed on both machine sides. It feeds every single head with up to 3 threads. Production speed varies from 4 to 8 mt/min for each head depending on the type of yarn produced. The speed of the machine can be adjusted electronically; the density of the stiches can be adjusted using the gears.
